there is almost no way to miss align the flywheel! did you checked side by side for proper fit and all the slots matched , if you didn't i would get one fro the same place and match the old one, Also did you remove the sensor before replacing the flywheel? if you didn't you may have a broken sensor.
remove two bolts holding disc caliper to strut assembly. remove discpads.use a g-clamp to push brake pistons back so that when you insert new pads the caliper will easily fit over disc.tighten bolts securely
