Inside the cabin will give you the best access to the blower motor. Are you sure it is not a fuse or something more simple?

Clicking noise coming from the heater blower motor

if you car is equipped with cabin filter to filter the air entering the blower right, blower motor can be touching to sides of its housing since its bearing is broken.

if no cabin filter, probebly you have leaves or small pieces of wood coming from trees. those are touching to the surface of blades of fan inside blower motor housing.

'95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo...Blower motor speed control resistor out. Only blows on high. Where is the resistor located to replace?

It is located on the heater box. Can be inside cabin or underhood. But it's def in the big black box somewhere. Hard to notice, all you will see is a plug in and a flat flange. May snap in may bolt in. I recently changed one on a dodge caravan and it was just above the heater hoses under the hood. Hope this helps !

Where is the blower motor located in the engine of the 07 Chevy Aveo hatchback?

Do you mean the blower motor for the radiator? If so, then it's likely it is an electrically powered motor found on the radiator.

If you mean the blower motor for the climate control or vents inside the car, look under the hood on the firewall or under the dashboard inside the cabin.

I'd replace blower resistor, usually found under hood on firewall on passenger side, or on duct work, inside under dash on passenger side, close to blower motor.

blower resister... as in heater fan ?... if that's what you mean ... look in the duct work near the fan ... you will see a connector going into the side of the duct work and two or three bolts.... remove them and that is the resistor block
