Question about 2008 Mazda Rx-8
Possible problems- aftermarket add on is not hooked to acc side of the power and is hooked to a all the time 12 volts(ex. radio, amp, of fog lights) other problem is your alternator is not keeping up with your power demand(hook a voltmeter across the battery when the car is started and everything that you use is on and see if it reads at least 13 volts)...hope this helps
