yes they do its sounds like a relay for the acc. side of the ing switch

There are too many places to look. A couple of the places would be under your seat, see if a ground wire came loose. If you can get it on a computer and see what it turns up as. If you do not have access to a computer (and I do not mean your laptop or desktop ) than you can goto any mechanic and they will have one to put on it but it will cost more than your going to want to pay.

The fuse may be blown or the electrical wiring for the heater and movement motor could be unplugged or damaged.

Either have broken wires leading to the heated seat and the power seat controls, or the heated seat element is burnt out (but not likely).
Check for blown fuses for the system, but if one side or the other is not working, it's more likely a wire broke somewhere, in this case, on the passenger side.

There is a circuit breaker for the seat. 25 amps, its under the drivers side of the dash. check for power at the switch, the ORANGE wire is power.
