It's fine to use a battery with a higher cold crank rating than original. Consider the rating in the manual to be a minimum requirement. You'll be fine as long as the physical dimensions and terminal placement are compatible with your car. The battery manufacturer's guide should tell you which battery fits your car.

If you don't have a multi tester an easy way to find a constant power source is to take a 12v bulb and wrap the bared end of a piece of any kind of cable around the silver portion of the bulb. Tape it with duct tape or similar to prevent a short circuit. Attach the other end to a bit of unpainted bodywork or bracket. Remove the keys from the car. Now all you have to do is touch the centre lead terminal on the base of the the bulb with any of the wires you want to use the one that lights up the bulb is your No. 1 choice. Remember that the constant supply lead will need its own in line fuse.

You need somebody with a SLIM-JIM, which is what tow truck driver`s have. Are you a member of CAA? They or any other towing company will come to your car and unlock the door for you.
You can keep a spare key in a MAGNETIC BOX under your car in case ther`s a next time..

Brake fluid

pressure bleed is the best..if not bleed your brakes starting from the furtherest bleeder nipple first then keep moving to the next and so on to you get to the closest.when you bleed keep going till you see clean fluid.keep topping up dont let it run out .if you are not mechaniclly minded have some one do it for you..if not done properly you will end up with no brakes at all.
