Question about 1999 Chevrolet Blazer
The most common probelm with the 1999 chevy blazer, as well as the s10 pick up and astro van of this year is the fuel spider. After doing alot of research on this with my husband and father in law, we found that Chevy actually decided it was a bad design and completely redesigned the spider the following year. Change this to an after market spider, a remanufactured one is the way to go, because new the run about $600 just for the part. Also, my mechanic said this is the cause of this, as I had the same problem, exept that when it warmed up in the afternoon the engine would act like it wasn't getting fuel and buck on me.

Could be a bad coil wire... usually low fuel pressure, maybe a plugged fuel filter. either of these are common on these vehicles
