When running dash/parking lights would flickered intermittently, door locks inoperable, gas gauge drops to empty on full tank, battery drain, pump fuse constant hot both sides. Vehicle runs when primed through intake but stops.

i would chk. break light switch. should be under dash above break pedel arm. emergency flashers will be on its own fuse, turn signals should have own fuse. as far as interior lights surging that could be ground or alt. chk. battery cables make sure clean and tight. not good idea unhooking bat. cable when running, one spark or surge to computer could burn up computer. besides that realy won't tell you anything if a diod is bad in alt. it may not show up until you tax the system. its best to take it someware like autozone, or any major auto parts store and have it chk.
SOURCE: Sliding door alarm sounds constantly
there must be a switch some where , around the door to shut it off when door shut
SOURCE: STARTS BUT WONT STAY RUNNING. FUEL GAUGE SHOWS
seems like you have a bad connection to the fuel pump and its effecting the gauge because they must share the same ground cable, check wrie harness around the rear axle for damage

It syre sounds like you have a short somewhere Don;t start blindly replaceing electrical parts because then you will realy be lost Do you owen a multi meter if so set it to 20 volts DC disconnect the negitive terminal from battery put the red lead from the meter on the red on bat terminal and the black lead to engine ground like the block Do it with key off and then key on not start pisition if you read any voltage you have a short If its a large voltage like 5 or 6 volts its something that draws a lot of currant like a motor or a large positive wire is touching something it shouldn;t be If its a low voltage then it could be anything that dosen;t draw alarge currant you can start pulling fuses out one at a time to see if you can isolate it If you don;t get a voltage reading then you have to start looking at your main engine grounds I have a ford that a main ground rotted out inside the jacket it looked fine on the out side so move the wires around This dosen;t sound like its going to be easy to figure out but if you approch it right start at the battery work your way back down the line always do the easyest first at the easyest point you can find make sure of the results form each test you may find its something vary cheap and easy to repair feel free to post more questions i;ll be looking you discribed the problem well good luck

The float mechanism (or fuel level sender) on your fuel pump may be stuck or damaged. Attached is a digram of a typical fuel pump that is located inside the gas tank of your Dodge Durango.
You will need to remove your gas tank and pull out the old fuel pump to see if this is the problem. If you do this I would replace the fuel pump with a new one.
