1998 grand maquis crank no start no injector pulse as well as no ignition spark. Have changed crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel pump, pcm, injectors and still no start no voltage to sensors or injectors.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Check engine light came on and # 3 plug misfire fuel injection or vaccom I need help. When I push gas car has a miss like its not getting enough gas .....

Coil is more likely your issue, if the coil has gone bad on your car then it is not sending spark to the plug and you are not getting any power out of that coil. I would recommend first changing the plug and possibly the plug wire

On my 1998 grand marquis mercury it is leaking gas on the upunder the chrome bracket near the number #1 spark plug.can u pls tell me how to fix it.

Sounds like an injector "O" Ring is leaking

You should be able to see where it it leaking from

If it is the "O" Ring , you loosen the Fuel Rail
(Chrome Bracket) lift it up off the injector to
install new one

2001 Mercury Grand Marquis hesitation and jolting from 35-45 mph

Sure, the more the throttle and the longer its open the more gas is being injected so if the spark is not there it will spotter. I think you have nothing to loose with an ignition tune-up. It'll be more economical than taking it to a mechanic and still ending up with the same problem. You should change the fuel filter also it could be clogged and there is'nt enough fuel delivered at these speeds. You can also try a fuel injector cleaning solution the kind you pour in the gas tank. This might work for you.

REPLACING THE FUEL PUMP ON A 1998 MECURY GRAND MARQUIS

So you have power there, why not try a little whap with rubber hammer near it while key on to see if it will do anything. I;d try it just to see if it will come back to life.
