The a/c may have a leak or the blend door may be sticking, if you turn it to warm it should get hotter, if it does not get hotter then the door is probly stuck if it gets hotter then the a/c most likely has a leak.

I just put 3 can of refan in a 1995 grand mercury. The comp. Kick on but still blowing hot air.

Why would you do that ?

You have a big time leak to repair

All you did was pollute the atmosphere
with refrigerant & most likely filled the
system with air as well

Go to a shop that does A/C work, that is not
a home mechanic skill or job

Air conditioning blows hot and cold air

You will need to know if the compressor is working when it blows hot air to proceed. It could be an electrical problem, a blend door problem, or the a/c clutch on the compressor.

Ac blows hot air comp is running

Make sure that the tubing around the accumulator is getting cold.
If not, the refrigerant may not be charged up.
Otherwise, the vacuum motor for selecting cold air may be not working correctly causing heated air from the heater core to be routed to the interior of the car.

Do you hear the vacuum motors working when adjusting the heat to cold selector? or changing the thermostat temperature if so equipped?

My air cond. is blowing hot air...they replaced the comperser 3 times but it is still blowing out hot air.. what can i do??

did they check the blend door acutator on the evaporator case. the tend to go bad. is the compressor coming on when the a/c is turn on. if so. have them check that out. they should have checked that out if the comp. is working and still blowing hot. once again pretty common for fords and chevys. best of luck

2006 chevrolet hd 1500 no ac itseems like its blowing hot air out

Look under the hood on the driver's side there will be a fuse box. On the top cover there is a diagram to find the a/c fuse. If the fuse is good then check the a/c relay. If that is good also then you may have a freon leak. Good luck. Keep me posted please.
