I own a renault sandero stepway 2013 model 1600cc. i have only done 48000km's . my car is due for a major service. do i have to change my cambelt?

Check your service book or your local dealer if its 5 years old its poss due by age and not distance but dont take the chance GET IT CHANGED IF IT BREAKS IT WILL DESTROY THE ENGINE

you wont get much change out of £600,and that is with a kia main dealer(not much cheaper at quickfit)but they will be looking for anything that needs doing(thats how they make there money)..

Don't replace parts on guesses! If your car worked before with the spark plugs, it will work again with the same plugs.

It sounds like your issue is that the Security and Engine Immobilizer needs resetting. Presumably at some stage some ID10T decided to disconnect the battery to do the work on the coils!

I would think its a flasher relay or switch problem, do the indicators work when used via the stalk switch ? if they do then I'd start with the hazard switch
