My car cranks, but won't start

My 1996 Honda Accord EX 4 cyl will not start. It drove it at lunch and had no problems. I tried to leave and it sounded like it was going to start, but it wouldn't. It sounds like it wants to start, but is wearing down the battery instead. Help me, I am stuck at work!

Could be spark or fuel. Try to check for both.
It also could be bad Main relay.

Check what the battery reads while starter is running.Or you can turn on the headlights and try to start it to see if the headlights dim or go out.
If so then the battery is too weak or has bad connections at battery or at the engine ground or starter solenoid.

they put thread locker on the bolt when new so it is just very hard to get it loose. you need a big breaker bar and alot of muscle. it should be right handed

1996 honda accord ex (six cylinder) My engine temperature gauge will go to the halfway mark and sometimes just a small way past this half point mark. It only does this in the mid to late afternoon...

if overheats, and trows water or steam, there you can think on the water pump or the thermostat, but you only have a signal problem, try replacing the tempeture sensor.
