2003 Toyota Matrix. The 10 amp fuse in my car keeps popping. It takes out my gauges, power windows, Blower for air and my headlights.

You need an auto electrician to trace the wiring covered by that fuse. Somewhere the wiring harness has rubbed through to the chassis.

Odometer won't work unless headlights turned off, radio lights dim, blinker won't blink all the time now battery light comes on but battery tests good. Intermittent issues getting worse. Horn

You probably have a bad ground in the electronic instrument cluster, or cluster connection to wiring harness. I would recomend you have a qualified auto tech diagnose it. It is not a easy fix.

What, besides a blown fuse, would cause my instrument panel lights and rear running lights not come on. I have checked all of the fuses and they are good. I have reverse lights, brake lights, headlights,...

it's got to be a fuse unless by some bad fluke the light bulbs themselves have gotten damaged. Bad wires too maybe. only thing I can think of if it's not a fuse. Sorry

2005 Chevy Cobalt lights turn off

automatic headlights are controlled by a photo sensor on the dash located in front of the Instrument cluster. to test the sensor try covering it and see if the headlights come on. faulty wiring in the circuit could also cause this problem. the headlights and the radio are wired together and the "auto" function will cause the radio to get brighter when its dark out, thus the combination of problems.

Headlights wont work

Well...lets start with the obvious. Check fuses and NEVER piggyback any stereo or security stuff into their fuses...you dont want the lights to shut down during a night drive!!
Check under the hood for a relay center...also has some fuses there as well.

The Daytime Running Lamps are a "straight through wiring configuration". Doubt it even goes through a headlight switch at all.
But the regular lights do.
Unless you've worked on the front of the car and forgot to plug the headlights back in, do this...
Turn the light switch on...looking at the instrument cluster , can you make the high-beam-indicator light come on?
As you rotate the headlight switch knob...does the instrument panel lights brighten or dim? You probably have a faulty headlight switch...auto stores have them...they simply plug in.
