Question about 1995 Chevrolet C1500
HI, this seems to be a timing issue you belt or chain has jumped timing. i would also advise to check the integrity of the crank and cam shaft position sensors as well. this will shift the ignition timing sightly if either one or both sensors are faulty or misaligned.
The ignition timing is regulated by the pcm so, if the sensors(crk/cam) are defective, this will be the issue.
Now, if the sensors are ok, this will confirm a jumped timing issue with the chain or belt.
