The circuit boards where the bulbs plug into are notorious for malfunctioning.you need to replace the circuit boards.they are available aftermarket.

My light will not come on in my 2009 Sierra. What is the most likely problem

I would suspect the light switch is bad, can you hear the relay click when you turn the lights on? If you can't, replace the light switch. Check for voltage at the light bulbs, if you have 12 volts, replace the bulbs.

The low beams on my 2006 buick lacrosse wont work the bulbs and fuses have been replaced but they still wont work

Shannon, you did not state if you checked for voltage at the fuse location-or better yet at the bulb location-
If a connection at the relay that feeds power to the low beams has come loose, then the low beams will stay out. Suggest that you locate the headlight relay (in a box under the hood) and verify that it is operating. If an assistant can operate the headlights while you listen (and feel) for relay operation, then you can eliminate that as an issue. Next would be the output of the relay (contacts could be bad) - and if you cannot open the relay to verify good contacts, then purchase a replacement relay (possibly from a junkyard) and plug that in.

Remember, the relay supplies the power to the headlights.

2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4x4 Light Problem

You checked to make sure you didn't blow all the bulbs at once?
If your front park lights work, then the headlight switch is probably alright.
You may have a taillight relay in your fusebox. Check the owner's manual. It may show it.

My blinker lights went out i changed the bulbs whats the next step

Check the fuse box. There should be a relay for the turn signals. If not in there, check the main fuse box under the hood. You stated that you replaced the bulbs and it is not working. More than likely the relay for the turn signals went bad.

Headlight out but new bulb doesn't work

See if moisture is in the lens assy.. If so.. you can drill small holes in the bottom of the light to allow moisture to leak/burn out.. Lemmie know
