Ashley the ecm doesnt control the inside of the car.there is a ETACS (electronic time and alarm control system that may be the problem. does your key fob work? the head lights are controlled by a auto light control unit.and there is a head light relay and a tail lamp relay.does the blower stay running on high ? what speed?do you have day time running lamps and do they operate?has the car been wrecked?also check the body grounds.
