The radio and cig lighter is not working in a 2004 Nissan altima and the fuse is good

fuses are located under the dash on the driver's side. you have to lay on your back to see the fuse box. its black about 1" x 6". have a flashlight handy. The fuse box lid has a fuse map on it.
