I have a 2000 gmc 1500 z71 and my 4x4 indicators cuts in and out and so do my turn signals they just stop working then will start working again worse on rainy days and ideas

Sounds like you have a lose ground , both turn/ hazards an 4X4 switch share Ground G203 .
G203
On the left upper IP at the A pillar
(1) Splice Pack 203 (SP203) (2) Ground 203 (G203) (3) Dash (4) A-Pillar
You will need to take parts of your instrument panel apart to get at it.

My brake lights and hazards stopped working. All other lights work. The bulbs and fuses are good.

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR FLASHER FUSE IS DEFECTIVE. IT WORKS BOTH HAZARDS AND TURN SIGNALS. YOUR LOCAL PARTS STORE SHOULD HAVE IT VERY CHEAP

95 gmc jimmie, 4x4, everytime i use my brake pedal, a fuse blows, i have no brake lights, hazard or signal lights. how do i fix it my mom broke off the hazard button in the steerin column so i used a stick...

consider properly repairing the hazard light switch via junkyard parts for a cheap price. You invariably have a short that overloads the fuse when you activate the brake lights via pressing on the brakes.

good luck

Can't find flasher relay on 1998 gmc jimmy 4x4. signals and hazard lights don't work

It seem to me GM did something those years, I think there is actually a moduel that you have to replace to get the turn signals to work again. I don't remember what year they went to that but, I think it was right in that area. Sorry I can't be more help.

Haz flashers wont work but blinkers do

There are 2 seperate flashers 1 for turn signals and 1 for hazard. The hazard flasher is located in the convenance center the turn flasher in the fuse box. Also seperate fuse's for each. One battery circuit for hazard Ignition for turn signals.Check fuse for hazard,if good try swapping in the turn signal flasher and see if hazards work. They use the same flasher unit.
