Coolant level could be low. Might need a new thermostat. If the coolant level is low you likely have other issues. Check back here if that's the case. I hope this helps..
Sounds like the temperature blend door actuator may be bad or the vacuum hose to it is disconnected.
Poor Heater System PerformanceCAUTION Check all fluid levels and adjust as needed, before operating vehicle for extended periods at idle.
Start the engine.
Idle the engine until the thermostat opens (upper radiator hose will be hot) Is the engine at normal operating temperature (approx. 200° F)? If yes, go to the next step. If no, go to step 16.
Set the mode selector to FLOOR mode.
Set the heater control selector to the warmest temperature setting.
Set the blower speed the lowest setting.
Carefully feel the inlet and outlet heater hoses at the heater core. Is the inlet heater hose significantly hotter than the outlet heater hose? If yes, go to step 14. If no, go to the next step.
Set the mode selector to PANEL mode.
Select the maximum blower speed.
Select the warmest temperature setting.
Place a thermometer into the center I/P PANEL air outlet and affix a second thermometer to the heater core outlet heater hose.
Record the temperature at the center I/P PANEL air outlet and at the heater core outlet heater hose. Are the two temperature readings about equal? If yes, go to the next step. If no, go to step 13.
Inspect and repair the cowl, cowl area, recirculation door, and the HVAC evaporator/heater core case for cold air leaks. Repair any problems found, go to step 17.
Inspect the temperature door operation. Repair any problems found, go to step 17.
Turn OFF the engine. Back-flush the heater core. Start the engine. Select the FLOOR mode and the lowest blower speed. Select the warmest temperature setting. Feel the temperature of the inlet and outlet heater hoses at the heater core. Is the inlet heater hose feel significantly hotter than the outlet heater hose? If yes, go to the next step. If no, go to step 17.
Replace the heater core. When the repair is completed, go to step 17.
Check for low engine temperature problems, Repair or replace as needed, go to step 17.
Operate the system in order to verify the repair. If the system operates properly, the repair is complete. If the heater still does not work properly, repeat the entire procedure.
Water level perhaps. When you hit the accelerator the water volume increases. Check your water level and make sure that your thermostat is opening and closing properly. Water level I'm thinking

More detail information would help. Is your blower motor working ? If you turn the A/C on, do you get cold air from the vents ? If the motor is working, then you might have a problem with your actuator. Might just be a blown fuse.
in the fusebox. there is no such thing , its fan fuse.called blower.
if the fan blow hard, and there is no heat in any register using
recirc mode, and all vents. then the engine coolant is too low temp.

if too low that means the engine cooling thermostat is bad. (usually) but are you in Alaska or key west. that be big time useful .
I woild be checking the vent controls as if the ac is working and the core was blocked then the air would be cool when the heat was selected but not changing Fixing the heater has resulted in a /c not being good enough to cool the air if the vent is not properly selecting. The point is that if the vent selection is not working properly (vacuum hoses) then the 2 faults will be related.
OK. So the blower notor isn't operating. Do you have power to the blower motor? The resistor is new from what I got. If you don't have power to the blower motor, then check the speed control switch and fuses. If you have power at the blower motor, replace the blower motor
You most likely have a problem with a part called the air temperature control blend door, it controls the air flow across the AC core or heater core, it is most likely warped or the motor that operates it is defective or in most cases both are in need of replacing. This repair requires the entire dash be removed to access the AC parts.
