connecting rod cap torque specs is 18 ft. lb and tighten an additional 90 degree.

SOURCE: what is the valve clearance and head bolt torque

valve clearance is .014 inch for intake and exhaust with engine warm.
head torque it 21 ftlbs, then 44 ftlbs, then loosen all, torque to 89 inchlbs, then to 21ftlbs, then mark and turn the bolts an additional 60 to 65 degrees.
cyl head sub bolts torque 80 to 100 inchlbs.

Water pumps are not really designed to be dismantled and the body invariably collapses when you try push one of the fittings off. The shaft also forms the bearing and these are not readily available. It is easiest to just replace the water pump as a unit. Water pumps are not expensive and pirate parts are available but may be of dubious quality.
