Re: My radio in 2013 F-150 XLT just quit working. All it...
Radio is no good. Needs another radio. The radio also needs to be programmed to the vehicle by a dealership and if you have Sirius/xm radio you need to make sure that the ESN number is linked to your account

OK, I know you said you checked the fuses but recheck/replace fuse 17. If that is good then remove the ground cable, leave for about a minute then reconnect. If that doesn't fix it believe it or not there are wires that run behind the sun visors on both sides that might be damaged if the visors or brackets have been damaged.
that's all I can think of maybe someone else on here may have had the same problem (it's actually very common.)
good luck.
The check engine light will represent fault codes that the computer is sensing. Have a mechanic, or go to your local auto parts superstore and have them scan for the fault codes. This will at least give you an idea about some of your problems.
The power windows are controlled by the Generic Electronic Module, also the wipers and interior lights go through this module, the problem is most likely the module itself, the module is behind the radio, but check the fuses , fuse #1 7.5A Power Mirror Switch, fuse #26 10A, power window relay, in the underhood box check the following: Fuse #4 20A** Power Windows
