Passenger side view mirror broke and trimming around window

The passenger side view mirror is broken and when this happened it pulled the rubber trimming from around the glass on the window so its really hard to roll the window up or down...so basically i need help finding a new mirror, getting it replaced and fixing the trimming around the glass on the window PLEASE HELP

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door.

As for the trim, you should just be able to wedge it back in place into the door

You don't really need a #. Go online, punch in your vehicle and ask for mirrors. You'll probably find 1000's of people that want to sell them.

never seen this model car sorry but i would suspect the multiplug is loose on the door to teh door pillar ,which is what i would check first or the earth wire inside this rubber casing is damaged .the fault is around this area that iam sure

How to install passenger side view mirror Ford

Remove/replacing side view mirror on a jeep grand cherokee

    Remove the Old Mirror
  1. Step 1 Disconnect the negative battery cable before you take off the grand Cherokee front door trim panel. Remove all screws and clips.
  2. Step 2 Detachthe window trim cover screw, and control lever screw beforedisconnecting the entire mirror trim cover. Remove the rubber coverinside the mirror cover, and disconnect the electrical wire.
  3. Step 3 Remove three nuts from the power mirror using a Torx® star-shaped screwdriver.
  4. Step 4 Pull out the outside rear view mirror. Guide the power wire through the hole in the door.
  5. Install the New Mirror
  6. Step 1 Replace the old mirror. Put the new power mirror in place. Push the new wiring through the hole in the door.
  7. Step 2 Install and tighten the three retaining screws you took off when removing the old mirror.
  8. Step 3 Connect the power mirror wiring to the connection located on the door panel. Replace the rubber cover and interior mirror cover.
  9. Step 4 Put the front door trim panel back in place by securing all clips and tightening all screws.
  10. Step 5 Connect the Subaru Outback's battery cable to restore the power.

Exterior Mirror Removal and Installation
All vehicles
  1. NOTE: Left side exterior mirror shown, right side similar.
    Remove the interior door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .
Front Door Trim Panel Removal and Installation
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01 .
  1. Remove the inside door handle bezel from the trim panel.
  1. Remove the window switch assembly.
  1. Disconnect the window switch and power door lock electrical connectors.
  1. Remove the upper trim panel screw at the window switch opening.

Replacing a cracked side-view mirror

well the best way is to take the inside mirro cap off there are 3 bolts that need to be taken out 10mm if its not accessible from there you need to loosenthe trim panel and take it off look around for hidden pop ups take the pop ups out and take the screws out then from there pull the bottom of the door trim out and slide arms around the edges and pull out there then pull up and outThanks for using fix ya. Cable is broken in drivers door window

you can replace the cable/ the cable is attached to the regulator/motor/ took take the door aprt follow these procedure look for little caps where screws are take the screw are atleast 3 of them usually are aound the arm rest then pull the door at bottom work at sides next pull out thentake the mirror cover off pull up and out for the trim panel you will see a vapor bariier pull around you will then see the glass and what it is you must then take the channel of rubber out pull out the glass then you can take out the regulator /motor put the motor in and go backwards from here
