Sometimes just removing the bleeder valve is sufficient to get clearance you need. Don't be afraid to remove or partially remove bearing hub if necessary though.

How do i take off the brake drums on a 2003 chevy cavalier

After you remove the tire, the drim should slide off. If it doesn't then try using a rubber mallet and gently tap on the outside edge as you pull on it. Sometimes you also need to tap on the drum in the center part. I have sprayed penetrating lubes like WD-40 or PB Blaster into the seam at the center. You may also have to back off the parking brake cable or even use the adjuster to back off the shoes.

Is the best method of Removal and Replacement of Battery in a 2004 Concorde through the right front wheel well? If the plastic section of the wheel well is removed, will the battery have enough room to...

Yes, the only way is though the wheel well. You have to remove the wheel to make enough room to get it out. You also can remove the air cleaner box to get better access to the top post and hold down bracket. 4 thumbs up is appreciated if this helps.

Do you have to pull the rear axel to replace backing plates and how do you do it?

Yes. You'll need to remove the rear center cover. In the differential there is a steel rod that goes thru the differential, and is held in with a bolt. Remove the bolt and steel rod. You will now have enough room to push in the axle enough to get the C clip off the end of the axle and then you can remove the axle, unbolt the backing plate and wheel cylinder.

The right Wheel Cylinder is leaking from the Right Rear of my 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier

You will need to dismantle the rear brakes and replace the wheel cylinder. Use plenty of penetrating oil when removing it, and use a MAPP gas torch liberally and a tight-fitting six-pint socket wrench with a jerking motion to loosen the rusty bolts and brake lines before you try to remove them. Be prepared to replace all of the rear brake lines. They will probably not survive. After the wheel cylinder is replaced, you will need to bleed the brakes. It is a good idea to replace both sides and to replace the shoes, drums and brake hardware at this time. Use anti-seize on every non-friction contact point such as self-adjusters, backing plates, hub faces and pivots. Try not to get brake fluid on your skin or the car's paint, as it will dissolve paint and is hard on your hands. Do not let the master cylinder run empty at any point, or you will have to bleed the front brakes as well, and could damage the master cylinder. You are going to need lots of patience and plenty of rags.

Need 2 know how to replace a clutch in a 1997 chev cavalier

in front wheel drive cars it can be a real pain to do. you pretty much have to pull the whole motor out to get enough room to get the old clutch out and get the new one in. the hard part is getting the room, when you have it, all you need to do is disconnect the slave cylinder, and unbolt the clutch from the flywheel. when the new clutch is on and you are putting the motor and transmission back together you want to be careful not to ruin the new throw-out bearing.

Replace 1995 jeep wrangler catalytic converter

If it has flanges on both ends, just unbolt it and replace. If it has welded pipes you will need to cut it off and use adapter sleeves and clamps. Really not rocket worst, you may need to remove the hangars on the rear portion of the system to get enough room to install.

95 cavalier Computer

I have a 95 cavalier and am currently replacing the pcm. It isn't located under the dash. It is in front of the right wheel. You have to jack it up remove the right front wheel, and splash guard. I also suggest removing the bumper for easier access. You may have the remove the horn assembly to remove the pcm. I ended up bending my because well I'm lazy and my horn was going to be a pain in the **** to remove plus it didn't work. You should see 2 or 3 wire connectors coming out of it. Make sure you label them before removing them. They should be label anyhow but just incase.
