SOURCE: clutch--after market versus original, 95,5spd 7.3 ltr diesel

Go with a Centerforce 1 clutch kit. Check their website centerforce.com. It's worth every penny!

It's a chunk of change but so is having to replace the clutch every 40,000 miles or less.

SOURCE: Changing the tire size on a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder

Go with the 265/75/16, they are the same as the Off Road Pathfinder. If you shop around, you can find them for alot less than the original size price. Be sure to find a good all season tire with a good treadwear rating.

Foxguard jp2 immblsr on triumph stag will not de activate or go into service mode.Ignition switch operates as normal but dash lights stay off wipers and washers dont work .

Your half way there. All you need is a wiring diagram to trace the wire from the ignition to that fuse. Most likely it is one wire from the ignition, then it splices to the different fuses. In my experience the splice fails(corrosion), Some times you loose one area, some times all. Depends on which side of the splice is corroded the most. Splices are hard to find. Even harness diagrams can be as much as 2 feet off. I usually find the color code of the wire and run a new wire. In your case, it would be from the ignition switch to the fuse panel.

Triumph stag not starting when hot

what ignition system have you got on your stag? is it the origional twin contact and condenser system, the origional system needed to be setup correctly to work properley.ie. dwell of 26to28degrees the condenser was the favourite suspect.if it has been changed to electronic check for good spark at the ign.ht king lead. if thats ok no matter which ign. system you have got, the problem may be the twin su fuel pump located in the the boot.make sure the pumps are working ok.you should hear them tick at ignition on. it could be fuel vapourisation. is the engine overheating? it will be on stromberg carbs. you should check the diaphams are ok

Distributor troubleshooting

Your distributor may be installed backwards, or maybe just out of phase.
If backwards, you will probably never get it to start and, of course the solution is relatively simple.
If out of phase, the spark may be jumping to a different terminal inside the distributor cap and completely disrupting your ignition timing. See the attached video for an explanation of phasing and how to correct it on your car. (you will need an old distributor cap to drill a hole into so you can confirm spark)
It also occurs to me that the coil you have may not be compatible with your system.

Brake pedal goes to the floor

You have air in the system. Look for a broken line leaking brake fluid. You could also have a bad master cylinder, common problem.
If you dont see any leaks and cant bleed the system replace the master.

HI I HAVE A LINCOLN TOWNCAR 2007, AND I WANT TO CHANGE MY WHEELS AN TIRES. I WANT TO PUT A 19" WHEELS. I NEED TO KNOW THE RIGHT DIMNESIONS FOR A 19" PACKAGE WHEELS AND TIRES

I would suggest looking on Discounttire.com at their comparision tool. They have it set up where you can see what the upgrades are for your car. It also has another tool for speedometer error for using a different tire size. Just plugin the original and then type in what size you want and it will show speedo error at several speeds.

The number of revolutions per mile traveled is an important measure. Unless you want to recalibrate your speedo compare the original Revs with the new tire Revs. You can also use the overall circumference of yours to theirs.

Also important is clearance under the wheelwell and space for your brakes. Deal with experts, you need wheels with the right size studholes and spacing for the lugs or they won't fit. You can jockey around on the Discount site and find the original rim width of your car. There is a Catagory for Plus 1 options, Plus 2 options, which is all about rim width changes.

I hope your found my solution helpful in providing a way to get all the information you want.
