Alternator is good, relays are good. Can't find the problem. Please help!
Do u have spark, PROPER fuel pressure, Injector pulse & compression, strong enough battery? Scan the PC for sensor readings & codes.
Check the basic three. Petrol (gasoline) engines need fuel, air and spark. When you turn the key if it just winds it could be a spark plug issue. If it tries to fire but won't actually start it could be a fuel supply issue. If you get dash lights but nothing else it may be electrical power to the starter. And finally, if you get nothing at all it's probably the battery.

if you have a clicking sound when you try to start the car and the noise is coming from the front of the car then the starter has a bad spot in it or there is a dirty or bad connection at the starter.if the connection is good and clean(not dirty or corroded)then the starter has a bad spot in it and this is why it will start sometimes.
