Is it using oil, or is coolant going down. Perhaps a compression test ?

My 2006 Hyundai Getz blows smoke on start up after a long drive at moderate speed but does not do it after short around town trips, can anyone help me?

What color smoke blue means oil burning. White means coolant burning. From your description I am assuming blue. If this is the case you have either groove in your piston walls or damage piston ring. The reason for more smoke on long trip is the faster your speed more oil gets pumped into engine and the piston moves quicker and with the engine damage the piston ring can't remove all oil and it burned up when spark plugs ignition

My 2009 Hyundai getz blows cloud of blue smoke when starting but only after car has been facing down a slight hill,no water in oil or exhaust can't see any oil leaks and now starting to miss a little

Maybe valve stem oil seals are getting worn allowing oil to enter the bore over a period of time , hence blue smoke on start up and miss fire on start up
