Non-stop blinking brake lite

I have a 93 Chevrolet GMT-400 half-ton truck. My brakes are 50% rear and 75% front. Can anyone tell me why the brake idiot lite blinks 3 times, then once... repeatedly and constantly?

This is a trouble diagnostic code and it may not have anything to do with your brakes...the blinking is counted and each blink stands for something...like three blinks may mean "3" and one blink may be "1" so it would be error code "31" Look inside a Haynes repair book and it will give you the correct meaning of the code

e-brake pedal should go farther- is either out of adjustment or cable frozen- secondly sounds like only front brakes receiving enough pressure to "activate" properly- bleed all four brakes starting rear pass, then rear drive ,then front pass, then front drive- use plenty of fluid- bleed till fluid is clean without bubbles- will that long at first- this will insure not bubbles and no moisture- if a pro valve dies, you would have more problems- pedal would be really soft, would have both a brake light and abs warning lights

Hello..my brake lite came on i chance de brakes all but the lite stil on please tell my wat to do

When you do the brakes on those, and your light stays on, try bleeding the brake (start with the right rear, left rear, right front, then left front) Be sure to pump the brakes before you bleed them. If that doesn't work, you may have an issue with your ABS unit, and it might need to be replaced.

Tail lights dont work

Oh boy, Chevy uses 3 important wires to make up their tail light harness. Brown is used for your parking lights and yellow and green are your signal and brake light wires, yellow one side, green the other. You have some seriously crossed wires. Start with tracing the lic plate lite since that works. Make sure it leads into your main parking lights and the ground wires from these tail lites aren't cut. The lic place lite will work with just power because the body of the lite is grounded with the bumper. Then make sure that there is power to the signal wires. You can do this with a test light and the signal light switched on. You don't need anyone to step on the brakes since it's the same signal, only interepted. Most importantly, Remove the tail lites and check grounds!! Good luck
