THERE IS A SPECIAL TOOL THAT CAN BE RENTED OR PURCHASED AT YOUR LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE. IT CONSISTS OF A LARGE OPEN END WRENCH AND A LONG FORK-LIKE TOOL THAT GRABS THE NUTS ON THE FAN SO THAT THE WRENCH CAN LOOSEN THE LARGE NUT THAT HOLDS THE FAN CLUTCH TO THE FAN. I HOPE THIS HELPS. It's powered by fuse #1 in the battery fuse box, so I would think it should be right there somewhere. If it isn't labeled, see if you can turn the box over to see where fuse #1 leads to.

Wipers do not require a relay. If your wipers are not functioning and a fuse is blown, the washer will not work either. If the washer works, check the wiper switch or the wiper motor, but wiper motors are normally very reliable.
