YOU HAVE TO RAISE AND SAFELY SUPPORT THE VECHICLE.POSITION JACK STAND UNDER ENGINE CRADLE.LOWER VECHICLE SO THE WEIGHT OF THE VECHICLE REST ON THE JACK STANDS.AND NOT ON THE CONTROL ARMS.THEN YOU REMOVE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY.DISCONNECT THE STABILIZER SHAFT TO CONTROL ARM BOLT.THEN PUT EVERY THING BACK VISA VERSA..
