Absolutely will, for 30sec or so... The ECM sends power when keyed on and when it senses engine rotation. The VP44 has to have possitive psi to self lube, at least 6psi.

Where is fuel filter location on 2001 bluebird shuttle bus with 5.9l 24v cummins?

the diesel fuel filter should be located on the firewall and should be a spin on/off filter like an oil filter and must be filled with diesel fuel before installation. if you go buy the new one first it will help you locate it on your bus

I ran a mixture of diesel and water thru my fuel system about three miles or so what do i do now

drain the fuel, change the filter, add fresh diesel. cycle the key several times and see if she fires up. you might have to crack the injector lines to help in bleeding the air out of the system. the good thing is the vp44 injection pump doesn't know what its pumping and 2001 24v cummins do not have electronic injectors, so you should be ok.

The engine in my Dodge pickup, diesel cummins, won't start,it has fuel, the manifold heater isn't working and the lift pump isn't working anymore, both were working when we started working on it. I...

The fuel heater is connected with the fuel pump, if it does not work, the fuel pump won't pump. Manifold heater has separate relays, fuse, and selenoids which are under the driver battery. If you have been working on it a lot make sure the battery is charged up.

94 dodge cummins won't stay running

You will only hear it for a couple of seconds when you first turn the key to "on". If your truck is dieing, you probably will want to change the fuel filter, and check for vacuum leaks.

Dodge cummins won't start, fuel reaching injector pump but no fuel coming out of injector pump.

You said you have fuel flowing from the inlet line of the injection pump? But not at the injector lines?
