There may be a short circuit leading from the fuse. Have the wires traced for corrosion or cuts on the wires and the terminals.

What could be causing the front axillary fuse to keep blowing? Even bigger fuses blow.

fuses blow from over current( dead short) they are rated at lower than what is required so that the wire doesn't burn
If you keep putting in bigger fuses without fixing the dead short, eventually the wire will melt the plastic insulation off and the vehicle will burn

Why is my 2003 land rover Freelander burning 20amp fuel system fuses

You have an electrical short in that circuit. The fuse is doing its job, preventing a fire (barely). You need to find where the short is before trying to operate this vehicle again, or you will end up setting it on fire. Look for the burned/melted wires.

Keeps blowing the starter fues

Hi, if you're talking about the 10 amp fuse #12, pull out the starter relay and put in a fresh fuse. Try to start the truck and then check the fuse. If the fuse is OK, get a new starter relay. If the fuse burned without the relay, there is a short between the ignition switch and the starter relay. If you have a manual transmission, you can further isolate the short by pulling the connector off the switch above the clutch pedal. Put another fuse in and try again. If the fuse burns, the short is between the ignition switch and the clutch switch. If not, it's between the clutch switch and the starter relay. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

I ran out of gas in a 1997 Chevy Blazer, put gas in, but still won't start.

The fuel filter may be to dirty to let the gas flow through and will need to be replaced, or most common when you run out of gas is the fuel pump will burn it self out. The fuel in the tank will keep the fuel pump cooled and will keep it from burning out, if you ran it out of gas. The pump may have burn out and will need to be replaced. Check the fuse first and hope the fuse blown due to the extra amp drown from the pump running without fuel. If the fuse is good, then check to see if you can hear the fuel pump start up when you turn the ignition key to the run position. Note the fuel pump will only energize the fuel line for 5 seconds, so you need to listen for the pump to turn on right away. The other thing too, is you can check the fuel pressure at the shredder valve, there should be 62 to 65 PSI when energizing the fuel line and will drop around 5 PSI when the engine is running. Make sure you do not try to start the engine by pouring gas down the throttle body, it been know for the gas to catch fire in the intake manifold and burn up the fuel injector system which is very costly. Start with the simple and check the fuses and fuel pump, then replace the fuel filter. At worst, your going to have to replace the fuel pump by dropping the gas tank and don't forget to replace the wire harness from the fuel pump to the frame. Good luck and hope this helps, keep me posted. Be glad to know you got your Blazer running again soon.
