When holding in plunger and lighting after waiting 10 sec the fire gos out

It went into Limp Home Mode. You just got to reset. It. Make sure battery is charged .Turn key on wait about 10 seconds. Turn it off. Wait 5 sec. Turn key on. Wait 10 sec. Turn key off. Wait 5 secs. Then start it up. It should be fine after that. Otherwise.?

hold 000 knob and turn ignition on wait 10 sec then let go the knob on dash and press it again then let go after 3 sec
switcjh off then on again

you need to reset the alarm/immobiliser system...put key in drivers door and unlock/hold key over,windows will go down,wait 30 secs.
then,lock/hold key over ,windows will go up,wait 30 secs then press/hold unlock button on remote to reset system.(if you have,nt got a remote,you will HAVE to buy one)and make sure you have newish batteries in remote.
you can buy a "superchip" for this car @volkstuning,goes like stink....

replace batteries in remotes,then with key unlock car/hold key over windows go down,wait 20 secs,then lock/hold key over,windows go up,wait 20secs, then using remote press/hold down the unlock button for 30 secs.you have just reset the alarm/immobiliser.if remotes/keys dont work after this,then take it to a dealer for a computer/key reset.

you need to reset it.
try this ; key on , engine off , if you have trip meter button rapidly press it until odometer displays.
turn key off , press and hold trip meter at the same time put the key on , if you see the bar , wait till it finish reseting(10-15 sec).
if you have reset button do the same with reset button.

sounds to me like your check valve in fuel line is not working. If you have the original lift pump it located in there.

turn key on dont start, wait 10 min security light goes out turn off key wiat 10 sec then strt as normal Postal

I think you hold down the Trip reset button, then turn the key on and wait 10 seconds

hold in the trip meter button on the dash before you turn on the key... keep the button pushed in, turn the key on, and wait until the light goes out( 10 sec or so)
