Problem for Oldsmobile 1999 Silhouette
2004 silhouette jumps in 1st gear shifting to second

Tranny runs fine once past first gear. On occation, when I stop at a stop sign, hit the gas, the van will move, but then 'buck' or hard shift into second. After playing with it a lot, it seems like first gear takes off, but then let's the engine rev some unengaged, then shifts, causing a hard lockup on second gear.
Any thoughts out there?
