SOURCE: Blows fuses when parking lights are turned on. Headlights work fine even running lights.

If it only happens when you turn the switchto the parking lights then it is most likely the swich that is the problem. Light swich failure appears to be a common fault with fords

Look for a short on the LG/R wire coming out of the BOO (brake on/off) switch.

SOURCE: FUSES KEEP BLOWING FOR THE DASH AND TAIL LIGHTS

your lights are grounding out some where you will have to check for a dead short in the wiring use a volt meter in the resitance mode and track through you power side of the lights untill you find your dead short, start at the back and work your way to the fuse box pull the fuse and follow the wire. there is a short in it it will just take some time going through look for worn coating, cracks, or melted.
good luck & and happy hunting

A ford territory 2006 that won't start, even after replacing battery?

check for battery voltage at the large terminal on the starter. THere should be power at all times.

Have a helper turn the key to the crank position while you check for power on the smaller wire at the starter. There should be power anytime the key is in the crank position.

If there is power at both terminals than the starter is bad. If there is no power at the large wire check your battery connection. If there is no power at the the small wire you will need to trace it back to its origin.

2006 f150 keeps blowing turn signal fuse

It sounds like the fuse is doing what it is supposed to do, and burning out when there is a short circuit. Check the wiring from the fuse block back to the lights and pay special attention to the trailer connection.
