Check your connections on your battery.
If you have a battery charger put it on for a while.
To me could be loose battery connection or dead battery. Anything else costs money.
Maybe map sensor

I think your problem is mechanical. There is a distribution box behind thedash where flaps divert air to the specific locations although they may be electrically or vacuum actuated it is probably a mechanical linkage to these flaps or something is creating an obstruction. Check all the other connections while you are in there including any duct work to these areas

Under the dash drivers side there are mode motors that control where the air comes from replace bad one or both the bottom one is recirculate. You could take a volt meter and see which one has power when you push button
