Question about 2002 Toyota Camry
2002 Hylander 4cyl.
all power windows work from the driver's arm rest control however,
all of the other arm rest power window controls do not work separately
on their own.
checked all the fuses and they are ok.
Check your driver switch's(main) window lock feature button...Possible moisture inside, stuck or electrically damaged. The entire switch will need to be replaced if this is the problem. Hopefully this helps
