It only happens after it get to running tempeture
SOURCE: stalls when put into gear
Its possible it could be other things causing the problem, but seeing as you've checked most of the likely causes, it is most likely your Torque-Converter. The lockup clutch in your Stator-Fan located inside the Torque-Converter could be siezed, causing the car to stall.

Try changing the fuel filter, and if that doesn't help, get back to me.

no it has nothing to do with spark or the MAF sensor. its simply a trans problem. either a solenoid is on stuck when the car is in gear and it wont go to neutral. ok try this lift up the car and try to put it in gear. if it does not die let me know ok. bc thats the torque converter not going into stall mode, there fore the bar is in gear and it locks up with the tires and if it does so the engine cant simply turn therefore it causes the isntant kill on your engine. let me know what happens. try what i said and you will see that i am not mistaken. you are welcome.
sounds like one of the shift cables has broken. Have somebody look at the linkages on the transmission while you move the shift lever in the car. I am betting they will see one of the cables is no longer attached to a shift lever on the transmission.
