This problem sounds like a possible HVAC control module, or a blend door actuator problem. Do you have any hissing or any other noises from the passenger dash area?

It sounds like the system is fried. Based on the description, it is just pulling in the outside air and not doing anything to heat or cool the flow. Unfortunately, this is a job for your preferred mechanic.

The heating and cooling fan on my 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada only runs on low speed. What do I check?Could it be a fuse?

I have an 03 bravada and the problem with my blower was the blower motor control module.I just had it replaced and everything works perfect.I paid 115.00 for the part and took 2 minutes to put in.The control module is below the glove box behind a panel.remove the panel and look up and you will see it.It has a rurple and black wire comeing off it.

1999 Olds Bravada - High Heat is always on.

I have narrowed the problem to a non-functioning climate control acctuator (a mechanical vent door opening/closing unit that mixes warm and cold air) Unfortunately it is located high in the dash and requires entire removal of dash panel. Shop repair manual states a repair time of 5.2 hours... GM parts $260 actuator $75 door panel......Online parts $60 to $175
