If you have correctly timed spark and fuel in the cylinder then check for a clogged catalytic converter or air flow restriction.
Why did you replace cam , crank sensor's an the fuel pressure regulator too ? What is or was missing ? fuel or spark ? did you pull a plug wire an check spark . Does the check engine light ,light when the key is turned to the run position ? Do you have a professional type scan tool ? Do diagnostic's ,not guessing an just replacing part's .

This sounds like the fuel pump is shot. The pump has a 'dead' spot and when the engine is started by using 'nasty' starting fluid it will go to the running mode and run fine. Never use starting fluid!!! A bit of gas is best, just use common sence. Frankster016

Replace your camshaft sensor and check for a vacuum leak in your intake manifold, mostly towards the back. If you have a leak it will give false readings on your code reader. My truck was doing the same thing and we found the endcap on the maifold had blown off after a back-fire. We reglued the endcap and replaced crank and camshaft sensor and the truck runs better than it ever has!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

i had a similar problem and called the dealer during lunch hour. i talked to a mechanic, the distributor in these vehicles is plastic, and is prone to cracking.not just the cap but the body also, I have been taking the cap off and wiping the moisture out of the cap. or replacing the cap but the problem is I need a new distributor. just a cheep way to get rolling is cleaning the inside of the cap, especially when it is very damp or the outside temp changes alot during the day. good luck.

you might try unhooking the battiey for 20min both + and - posties cuz that will force the computor to have to resest only if you have addressied the fuel pressure problem which taht would most likly be your filter which isn't all that much
