All you need is a wheel balance. Either that or you have some mud or ice stuck in a rim, or it could be a bent rim.

My 2003 f150 4.2L misses occasionally, mostly between 50 and 60 mph until yesterday I had no code, I checked and I got the p1131 and p1151, could this be causing the truck to miss?

yes they both can do this. there is a coil pack for each cylinder, and at high speeds this should seem to go ayay and at low speeds and/or acceleration it will appear to get worse. think about a full tune up IE...plugs,wires,all coils, and if they all mount to a plate, then the control module as well, but I believe this truck has individual ones above each cyl.

Tires would be the 1st place to check. If you seem to feel it more in your legs then it is likely the front, if felt more in seat bottom then could be a rear tire. Depending on how severe the vibration is there could be a tire developing a tread seperation and should be checked right away. A simple balance of the tire and wheel assemblies may be all that required also but when on a balancer they should be able to tell if the tire has a more severe problem.
Driveline components could cause vibrations also however if the above sounds like it fits then check that 1st.
