Do you have a check engine light? If so have Autozone tell you what engine code is ( free). Sounds like could be cranck shaft position sensor. Symptoms sound just like what ours was doing before we replaced sensor.

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe V6-2.7L. Engine has rough

There are several possible causes for the drivability issue you describe. I'd be guessing at this point with the limited information here. Best advice, take it to an authorized Hyundai Service Department & have it properly diagnosed. This way you'll find out exactly what the problem is and what it will take to fix it.

2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. How to program key fob for it please?

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS.
Question moved to model category.

There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote. Try a locksmith before the dealership, they are usually 50% the cost.

2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, brakes locking up

Lets narrow this down a bit. You said all 4 wheels lock up. So the problem will will have a part in all 4 wheels. So knowing that, we can forget about the hose, master cylinder, and brake booster theories. It sounds like the ABS module is malfunctioning and surging. The Santa Fe's in the previous year had the same problem and were recalled. The problem with those was the ABS unit. Hope this helps you.

New 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe is squealing during acceleration.

did they check the brake pads? pads have "squealers" on them to let you know when they are getting low and you need brakes.
