Check all the earth straps it sound 1 or 2 of them of loose, rusty, or broken.
Because the current has to run all through the car, so if a break or a fault happens. The current with find a earth point and overload it, which in turn send's current back to conponents and starts to short them out, like your's is doing.
I hope this as helped??

Most likely this is a brake light switch issue. Replace switch.

If your emergency flashers don't work, all flasher bulbs are fine, but flashing too fast, then check and replace Hazard light switch.

When i use the sighnal it flashes fast and only the front lights up the back dosent but the brake lights do light up

The fast blink signals that you have a flasher bulb burnt out, as I suspect you do in your rear turn signal. The flasher sees a voltage drop through the burnt out bulb and signals a fast flash.

My signal lights no longler flash in my 94 corsica. when i turn them on they just stay on and don't flash. no lights are burnt out, and my hazard lights still work and flash. is this all on the same...

you can find it easily I just did mine take off the kick panel on your drivers side under the steering column and right above the brake pedal and gas pedal get a hand held mirror and look you will see a gray box right above the computer connector you will see a pink chime box a flasher for hazards and a relay a white box my turn signal flasher was behind this gray box I pulled on a wire and the flasher is attached to these wires with a black connector use a flathead screw driver to pry it up off and put in the new.

Where is the flasher relay on my truck my turn signal on the right is flashing fast?

The flasher relay affects both side equally. Your problem is you have a burnt out bulb on the right side of the truck.

Flasher

Start by checking to make sure you have the correct size bulbs installed. If they are correct then replace the flasher relay. It is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on top of brake pedal. If that does not cure the fast flashing, you may have a bad ground connection or the turn signal combination switch may be bad.
