sounds like the bumper mounting plates are bent

make sure there is not a bent fuel line you said it jumped a gully right, gas tank could have a area on it that's pushed up and not allowing the fuel pump to hold it's prime. or it could be the pump you just put in loosing prime

Yes, the headlamps are held in place with 2 push in retainers and are not part of the front bumper.

Can be with different L shape brackets and some holes drilled. But keep in mind they come from factory spot welded. The frame may also need straightened.

start removing the grill and bolts holding the bumper in the side of the grille or holding the grille then loosen the fender liner were it meets the bumper and at the top edge of the bumper were it meets the fender they have a 10mm. bolt holding the bumper and voila bumper is off really easy....

they will be in the front and rear bumpers. anything that has anything to do with air bags have bright yellow or orange connectors. should be easy to find.

their is a plastic cover on the drivers side under the car. you will have to take 4, 10mm bolts off and then you push the green clips and pull a same time and the filtler will come off

i always get a chiltons manual from any local auto part stores. its a book that shows step by step instuctions to do about anything to your car.
