More than likely the link rod from the lock has come off, or if it is electrically releases then the latch solenoid is sticking or defective.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

Thats a pretty common problem with those motors so I would lean towards it being just that. I dont know if you are into shoppin around for it but I happen to see a couple on Ebay Motors for about 48.00 bucks.

Quite possible a blown fuse. However there is also a blower control module located under the hood near the center of the fire wall. It bolts into the heater box assembly, not to far from the blower motor. You may have to remove the relay/fuse cover assembly to see it. They are known to short out and cause all kinds of problems. Remember though it could also be a simple fuse in that area or under the dash. The worst case here is the whole climate control system in the dash failed.
