My headlights have quit working on my 1994 Chevy 1500 pickup. I replaced the headlight switch but they still don't work. The parking lights come on but not the headlights

Try checking both a; your fuses, and b; check your bulbs. You should have two fuse boxes, one under hood and one in or under the dash. Check those for bad, blown or weak fuses. And check your headlights bulbs for them being good and their connection. If this doesn't fix your problem, you may check out your highbeam switch.

Front driver turn signal quit. changed bulb, worked for short time, then quit. bulb OK. passenger side quit 1-2 months later. bulb OK. neither front emergency flasher work. automatic daytime front lights...

Check for head light (daytime)relay to be bad, this might have to do with the turn signals also,if the turn signals on this car, also have running lights in them,If this relay is not bad, replace the body control module.

2004 Pontiac Montana Brake Lights, Pwr Window and Cruise all Quit

The same thing happened to my 2002 Montana minus the power window problem.

The brake lights and the cruise control are somehow tied in together.

I went to the scrapyard and ripped off a couple circuit boards from an old Lumina ($25 for the set) since there were no Montanas on site.

The problem seems to be when one brakelight goes the bulk of the current transfers to the other light and will blow it too.

Anyways you said you tried replacing the circuit boards and it did not work so sorry I could not be of more help.

Only headlights work, 91 4dr EX

ok supaxang, could this solution be as simple as replace the 2 rear bulbs? The brake light and tail light (parking light) are the same bulb, 2 filaments, one for brakes, one for tail lights. If the the tail light filament burns out, the brake light will continue to work ok. It is quite possible that both tail lights burned out, and the brake light filaments are good and still working. Replace w/ bulb #2057. Let me know if this fixes it, if not, I'll keep working on it.
