Run you finger down the radiator fins and see if any fold easy or flake away as they corrode and don\'t loose heat efficiently. Have the radiator reversed flushed by a radiator specialist. Check thet the bottom radiator hose dosen\'t suck closed under revs from blocked radiator

WATER PUMP BOLTS NEED TO BE LOOSEN.YOU NEED ROTATE WATER PUMP COUNTERCLOCKWISE USING TIMING BELT ADJUSTER J42492 TO RELIEVE TIMING BELT TENSION.

2001 nubira blew out radiator/has new radiator thermostat & cap/no water in oil but running hot

make sure you have 50/50 mixture water and antifreeze.make sure water pump not bad.check weep hole make sure its not leaking on water pump.replace radiator pressure cap.also check make sure cooling fan working.
