Question about 2002 Chevrolet Venture Passanger
My power door locks work from the door buttons to lock but not unlock the doors. The unlock works when the key is shut off. When I pull the door lock fuse and hit the button I can hear the bcm actuate to lock with a click but not to lock. This started when my wife was trying to get in before and while I was using the unlock button. The buttons check out okay. Do I need to replace the bcm or is there a relay? Or something else?

Command the driver door and passenger door lock actuators to LOCK and UNLOCK with the scan tool, the doors should LOCK and UNLOCK when changing between commanded states.
If a door lock actuator does not perform the LOCK and UNLOCK functions, refer to Door Lock Malfunction
