There is s flasher that controls the signals and 4-ways. You need to replace the flasher.

We're is location of emergency flasher relay on 2008 ford power stroke F350

There isn't one ,flashers are controlled by the smart junction box .
The smart junction box (SJB) monitors the multifunction switch position by sending multiple voltage reference signals to the multifunction switch. When the multifunction switch is in the LH or RH TURN positions, or the hazard lamp switch is pressed, that input signal is routed to ground.
When the SJB receives a request for a turn signal or the hazard lamps, the SJB supplies on/off voltage to the appropriate turn lamps.
The timed on/off cycle is determined by the SJB and is set to flash approximately 80 times per minute if both the front and rear turn lamps operate correctly. If an individual turn signal lamp is inoperative, the SJB flashes the remaining turn lamp approximately 160 times per minute.

2002 Pontiac Grand Am turn signals not working. Could this be a fuse?

None work , left , right , front or back ? Check TURN LPS fuse C 10 Amp -in Left instrument fuse panel ! More then likely it's the switch on the steering column or the hazard switch , power for turn signals come from the hazard switch !
Fuse Block - Left I/P- On the left side of the I/P

Where is the turn signal flasher relay located on a 2002 liberty

It is built into the hazard switch. If the hazard switch is on the steering column, replace the turn signal switch. If it is in the dash, replace just the hazard switch.

03 ford f250 7.3 power stroke keeps blowing turn signal fuse.

Electrical issues are always a bit difficult to diagnose. Since I have not heard the wiring harness to be an issue on these, I would first look into if there was some add on causing an issue. Did you or someone add a trailer harness? Some type of additional lighting (like an LED bar)? Even possible a radio or under dash work? If not then do a once over and look at where the wiring comes through the firewall, or through the body to feed the turn signals. You just have to systematically follow the wiring from the lights back to the switch until you find the culprit. Let me know what you find and I can try to assist further.

Rear lights not working on 2002 suzuki grand vitara

In the underdash fuse/relay box, the 15A TAIL fuse feeds power to the coil of headlight relay 2. When the combination switch is set to TAIL, the relay closes and the outer tail lamps light. In the same underdash fuse/relay box, the 20A STOP fuse feeds power to the brake light switch. When the brake pedal is pressed, the inner brake lamps light. The underdash fuse/relay box also contains the 10A TURN BACK fuse which feeds power to the hazard switch and the turn signal relay. Relay output is fed to the combination switch and turn signal power is applied to the selected middle tail light. The fourth fuse in the underdash fuse/relay box is the 15A HAZARD fuse which feeds power to the hazard switch and turn signal relay. When the hazard switch is set, the turn lamps on both sides begin flashing.

2002 impala signal lights and hazard lights not working

The turn signal flasher and hazard flasher are both incorporated into the hazard switch on the dashboard (yeah, they saw the money possibilities there). This is a common problem with the Impalas. Sometimes slowly pressing and releasing the hazard switch a few times will correct the problem. I have been told by some that if you get electrical contact cleaner and spray it into the hazard switch it helps also, Apparently dirt gets in and does the damage. Replacement of this hazard switch will fix this if nothing else works.

2002 chevrolet cavalier, my brake lights, front and rear turn signals and hazard lights are not working

Your Hazard switch is bad. There were a bunch that had faulty soldering connections, and would fail prematurely. This circuit also competes with the turn signals, and the brake lights. Replace the switch with an aftermarket replacement, and it should fix your issue.
