Where is the Body Control Module (BCM) on a 2000 buick lesabre

It's not the BCM. The BCM doesn't affect the ignition switch power. But the ignition switch will affect the BCM. I would look to see why you don't have power to the ignition switch first. Fuse or wire.

Why won't my headlights work on my 1990 buick lesabre?

On a 1990 Buick you have a fuseable link between the headlight switch and the battery.
Do you have power in and out of the headlight switch and the dimmer switch ?

2004 buick rendezvous sometimes won't start. clicks but won't turn over. replaced starter, battery, and ignition switch. what now??

We just went through this with our 2003 Rendevous. Clicking like crazy but wouldn't start. Replaced the starter but still doing the same thing. Our next step was going to be replace the battery (which tested well) and the ignition assembly. Out of frustration, I hit the top of the hood and the headlights came on!! Further investigaton proved that the problem was a corroded ground wire on the battery. Hope this helps

Headlights flicker on and off at night on my 99 buick lesabre

the headlights Flicker could be caused by the alternator. Local auto parts stores will test this vehicle charging system with their mobile analyzer and it will determine the problem...
The alternator generates direct current for recharging the battery and for powering vehicle electrical loads.

My 1999 buick turns over but won't start I had the ignition module checked & it was ok it appears that i am getting spark any ideas why it won't start?

It could be that your fuel pump is not getting enough fuel to the engine to start it. Is your starter turning over or trying to start the engine.

I have a 97 Buick LeSabre that the interior lights give a light show. It will run the battery down what could be wrong with it? I even took some of the fuses out and they still will flicker off and on.

Sounds like your dimmer switch is going bad.It may or maynot be part of the headlight switch assembliy. Looked up the part and there are many.Well good luck.

Well my first thought would of course be the headlight switch is shorted has anyone changed the headlight switch? I Would at least do that I usually don't recommend changig parts to diagnose but in this case I believe its a good place to start just go to the wrecking yard its less expensive and the chance of finding a part in the same symptom like yours which I have NEVER seen in 18 years is very very unlikely. Please contact e at fixincars@yahoo.com after you get the switch changed and let me know how it's going
if you are happy with this information please give me a fixya! Rating. Thanks you hope to hear good news from you soon, Randy
