2004 Honay Odyssey Air Conditioning not working

2004 Honda Odyssey Van. Air conditioning does not work. Fan in front does not run at intermediate settings but only comes on when set at maximum. Rear fan works but no AC there either. Just went out all of a sudden with no warning. Checking freon level on low pressure side with guage and plenty of freon. Anyone have any ideas?

My 2004 Honda Odyssey EX van A/C did the same thing. Fan in front does not run except when set to max. Rear fan works. No cool air. Replaced the transistor assembly honda part number 79330-S84-A41 and works perfectly. The dealership said this part must have been revised since the part number is a little different from the factory installed part. Factory installed part Denso #0770800-0491 with 2 fins and the revised part Denso #0770800-0492. A/C works perfectly now!

You have to replace the resistor under the passenger side dash. the wires coming from the blower motor runs to it. if it is back the module wont let the a/c work. common problem. easy fix

Is there a fuse that run the air condition inthe honda odyssey 2006

Hondas all have a fuse and blower relay located in the battery junction block. You can try swapping relays around if the fuse is good. Then verify the blower motor is good by disconnecting it and applying 12v directly to the motor. If this checks good, check for 12v at the blower connector while disconnected, (key on/fan on). Had a CRV in the shop a few days ago with the exact same issue, power to the motor but a weak ground signal. Replaced the blower resistor.

No air flow through the rear vents with ac or heat on high

make sure the control knob on the dash is on "RR". This lets the driver control all the vents in the back. The heat only comes out of the floor vents, if you have the knob on the blue dots that represents the air conditioning in which the cool air will come out of the vents up above in the back. There is also an area on the control knob on the dash where you can turn the knob to shut the heat and air conditioning off. If the knob is in this position then you can control everything with the knob up above the seat right behind the driver's seat.

Hi, my best advise is to have your air check for freon leaks ,low freon causes the compresor cluth to stop working ,this can cause the air to blow hot .......

Air conditioning electrical diagram for 2004 kia sedona

I also have a 2004 Kia sedona with approx. 80,000 miles on it. The air conditing system stopped blowing cool air into the car. The fan would work, but would not blow cool air. After doing a lot of research. After trying to find a car repair manual or diagrams for the Kia Sedona with no luck. We ended up taking it to our machanic. He then replaced the compressor and it is working fine now. I now know that this is common for the compressor to go out on this van.
