Question about 2003 Mazda MPV
Problem started at about 60000 miles. Whenever it rains car runs terrible. Engine light flashes. Sometimes it will also do this in normal conditions. Took vehicle to Mazda they claim to have flashed the CPU and charged me 1200.00 This did not fix my problem. Help needed!!!
Their is no cpu in a van, their is an ecu, and that should be taken care at dealer. they must have a repair depot, or a certified area to get it repaired...
if its the check engine light, well if all fluids are fine, and it runs its ok... just go to a local garage they should be able to shut it off... have you replaced the intake filter?, run some cleaner through the system, looked around for some loose or messed up wiring around the firewall ?
